  • Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Female only, non-smoker and preferably 22- 35 years of age
  • Required language(s): English (fluent) for the inbound  voice position
  • Prompt attendance is a must
  • Willing to take shifting schedule (especially graveyard shift)
  • Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
  • Computer Literate
  • Work efficiency and fast-learner is very important
  • Experience in Multi-tasking is a PLUS
  • Previous BPO experience is a PLUS
  • Previous Inbound/Outbound US, UK and Australia Survey work is a PLUS
  • Must have valid id’s such as: SSS and TIN id
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Batangas City near SM Mall
