The job is not easy, it’s going to be very challenging and it will include a lot of learning. We don’t hire just anyone, we only want those who like to work on tough challenges, ones who are able to learn and grow.

**Starting is $2 USD per hour. If you are able to quickly learn and grow, then the base salary will increase in proportion to your learning and growth.
**There are six training levels and it can take a minimum of two years to two and a half years to achieve mastery.
**If you get hired, you will be under probation for 90 days. The first three weeks will be culture and foundation training. Each time you complete a course will do real life practices and you are expected to demonstrate all your learnings.
**There are timeframes and metrics for each training and task. The timeframe for the tasks would be limited and you will be expected to go out of your comfort zone in order to meet the expectations.
**The job will include a lot of upfront learning. The responsibilities will be planning and researching, content writing, searching leads, attracting prospects, communicating with affiliates/influencers and prospects, posting of advertisements, and interacting with complex technical processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
--Must have a thirst for knowledge since you are required to do a lot of upfront learning
--Must have excellent command in English
--Must be able to write clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
--Highly creative and imaginative with keen eye on details
--Must be strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems
--Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle different tasks
--Must have an effective time management skills
--Must be task-oriented and goal-driven
--Must have excellent work ethic - dedicated, committed and smart
--Must have the ability to actively contribute to strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution
--Computer and internet savvy is a MUST
--Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Docs
--Willing to learn/work in a fast-paced environment
--Must be willing to work in the graveyard shift (8PM - 5AM Philippine time)
--Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer (and backup)
--Must be residing in the Philippines. We are not accepting foreign applicants
--Must be willing to commit full time. We don’t accept part-timers and/or freelancers
